I agree with you on the fact that it's highly doubtful that Nick's been doing nothing regards the JV for this whole time.

On the other hand though, I'm not particularly convinced that the 1m XT was anything but someone changing ownership for (perhaps) tax purposes etc.

Whilst it's a nice number to see in the volume, it's not really 'real' volume when it's an internal trade.

If it piqued someone's interest though, that certainly wouldn't be a bad thing though!!
