VGI will break with industry standards and recoup all the initial public offering costs associated with the raising itself, rather than having the costs borne by investors.
By bearing the costs, via forgone management fees for about two years, it should ensure the securities don't immediately fall in price upon listing.  VGI has also pledged to reinvest performance fees into the traded securities.
