and While they wait, the XSO (which is what they measure themselves against together with XEC and their associated accumulation indexes) is up 14%. Maybe thats why OPH (only 11% cash) has performed more in line with XSO whereas WMI hasn't.
To me, making a call that big on the future of the market is very risky. No one knows where its going at anyone time, so how can you afford to exponentially increase your risk to underperformance by being 40% cash.
