Oscarone, thanks for the link. What are TD like with with FX spreads and the multicurrency account? Do you place orders online or do you need to call them in?

I just spent 2 weeks setting up an Interactive Broker account only to be told last minute that don't do AIM, not selling below cash back though.

Tax cost base will be an interesting split, day 1 everything came on strong but then LEN and LRL started to die so will have to be a VWAP over some period.
