it won't be scrapped as such-it will reported to be in a negotiation process with the cross benches.
in other words, Morrison and Turnbull think they can buy a few cheap votes , but are totally aware that it has a snowflake in hell of being implemented.
ps- the SP tanked today because interest rates are not only on hold by the RBA, but our economy is on a nosedive and rates may have to be cut.
that is why our market is now on red alert.
