Arguably, given their access to information that investors didn’t have, the board made a worse decision setting FTT on course to a binary than did any investor did buying into the company who didn’t bet their entire capital.
But, spare a thought for the staff. Most have lost their jobs at short notice, which for some might hurt much more than flushing a few $k down the toilet.
