Well no wonder I am ignorant. I didn't receive the letter that you're referring to, so it didn't go to all shareholders - perhaps only to those in selected states. I also didn't notice a copy of the letter in the ASX announcements - but I did notice 20 separate announcements regarding "change in Director's Interest" in the last 6 months. Unfortunately every time they buy their 83 (or thereabouts)shares the price falls, so the market doesn't take their window dressing seriously. But I think they know the answer to the subject we are currently discussing.
As I said previously this company used to trumpet every small increase in clients - now all they seem to blow is hot air!
