oh dear, ....oh dear. Maybe its just my paranoia again, but there is something seriously wrong that picture.
Excuse my ignorance here, but I always thought the idea of seed capital was to raise money for the company that people will be investing in? Y'know, a new company that is struggling to start and/or needs funds to progress, hence people give "The Company (in this case Amitan)" money and in return gains a share of the business.
....which begs the question, "Why is Grand Enterprises recieving money for investors purchasing Amitan shares"?
How does that benefit Amitan in any way?
I wonder what implications of ownership exist as a result of such a transaction?
Boy do I have a lot to learn, I am still wondering why there was such a high demand for Amitan shares in the first place...
Hmmm look at the time, no wonder I can't make sense of things, maybe I should give my over active mind a rest...I am obviously missing something elementry here.
