Why is it then? Lots of companies limit capital raisings like this...
I'm not saying we are getting told everything we should by the company, we're not, but I don't see any reason not to believe that particular point. If you have a specific concern and theory about that point raise it, don't just ask a question and disagree with the answer without saying why you disagree...
