pity its a furphy - Jones joined the board in 2014. The share price wasn't at its high then. Why blaming Jones, if you read the announcements you'll know the reason for the fall in share price has followed changes in Tanzania in last 12 months, hardly his fault.
Large part of salaries is options exercisable at >3 times the current share price. valuation of them based on share price then not now.
