letter from shareholders, page-19

Hey All,

I spoke today with Izaak who wrote the letter to all shareholders, he makes some very good points. Salaries of these directors are outrageous for a junior minor company. Shares have been diluted x5 since 2016, while I understand some dilution is necessary this is excessive. What has happened in the last few months and what is comming up? As far as I know notting, not sure is this because of the directors are doing notting or just not telling the people who are paying these outlandish wages what there plan is. I for one am sick of it, I have big money in this company and am voting for change and would welcome any opinions on the matter, please don’t start comming back with what these directors have done 20 years ago as I don’t care we need results now not old storeys or successful ventures.
