Auditor can give recommendation about if price offered is fair and reasonable. Due to a series of unfair expropriations recently it may be recommended that next amendment will adjust this wording. Mostly the Chinese have used networks to buy back the shares on market through a web of problem companies. This is all now listed with registry. It can be advised buyback should happen soon.
