A bit too late after being the cheerleader for so long? This is like trying to sue a homeless person for missed rent payments, even though this homeless person has an offshore bank account with millions, however much it would do the litigants any good?
You can have all the jurisdictions and decisions in your favor in an Australian court but then what? Whatever the outcome, it is not en-forcible.
