Pikel -thanks but this is still an australiam company and has absolute control over asset holding subsidiaries. While there may be a couple of isolated incidents where provincial governments have blocked dividends, this goes against the billions of dollars paid by Chinese subsiadiares to foreign owners every year.

GL - The rights attached to the shares are waiting to be exercised. Your concerns are based on a highly unlikely incident.

Tran - It is this kind of sarcastic and rude attitude that reminds us why we need to be more careful about the types of people we choose to conduct our business with. A lawsuit against this company would certainly raise the eyebrow of the Western media. Here in Australia most of us are taught in the third grade about basic politeness.
