Your threat sounds a little different from the ones I have received recently. Mine was from the chairman of PDF on behalf of the board and before that the legal firm acting for PDF. I thought better than posting that on HC.

At the end of the day there has to be some expectation that what you stand for will be challenged, assess it, and move on from that point.

There has been plenty of shareholders in AYB/PDF hurt along the way, some of them seriously, also keep in mind the owners of the Dairy farms who have suffered in silence.

In a previous shareholder action I took up there was a case of a shareholder suicide and many divorces due to financial losses. My life was threatened by a director who thought he had a strong connection to a mafia King.

Its hard to define the reason behind why and what you have placed on HC. Assess the situation if you aren`t looking for the sympathy vote. If it is a real threat you can consider withdrawing your nomination of just fight on.

I think that as we know where Catalogue stands, his question to you is deserving of an answer! Simple “yes” or “no” is all that is needed. In my opinion, ignoring the question implies a “yes”
