Its not worded very well. I read it as there are now 3. Be they are good at poorly wording announcements to suit them.
The legal team of any parties dont seem to be doing a good job. the 249d was completely disregarded on both accounts when the 1st should gave been enforced. By the 1st group . It doesn't look good for them letting it go.
