RO8 so very true about the bigger fish to fry.

Karma bides its time and the BOD by not calling the first 249, now the spill meeting, and there will have to be another 249 meeting due to what Karma has brought forward by the stringing out of the issues facing the company they cannot get away with including it in the spill meeting.

Shareholders should thank the BOD for taking the stance that they have because the BOD have given the shareholder group time to gather even more evidence which will rid the company of the current incumbent board via the correct chanels.  They have forgotton that they are only caretaker directors until all actions are dealt with.
