Hi R08, I interpreted things as they are written!

Dixie - “To shareholders of the company and this has been shared with genuine members of the group” (why write “genuine members of the group” as it implies there are non genuine members of the group so nothing was shared with them)

Dixie mentioned “threats” so I asked if they were “legal threats” to which Dixie replied “yes” End of our discussion.

If existing directors are bullying etc. then maybe the forum or all share holders should be made aware of what is going on or being said? I agree about last resorts etc.

As a side note....Someone once told me that for a defamation case to succeed someones character must be of good standing at the time the defamation supposedly occurred.
