Great points. Dilution has to be mentioned by any one really esp the 3 board hopefuls. It is a big factor the current board will get a lot of stock. And so will any new board that vend a new project. I like you are sick and tired of certain people saying we are part of other board members to create drama etc. I am no such thing. I like been blunt and too the point.

Funny how shareholders speak so badly of the current board and know so much ,but if they new that why did they buy shares or was it they did some reasearch after buying the stock and not before?
