Hi Dixie, re: “The naysayers and disruptors on this thread are just puppets for the current BOD who hide behind others.”
Now, I agree with you on most of what you say and I would, if I was a holder vote for a complete change of the board, there is nothing to gain by retaining the existing board. No one has put forward any reasons to keep the existing board!
I can only assume that by “naysayers and disruptors on this thread”
You are now referring to me and one, two or three others as disrupters and naysayerss.
What’s the point of a discussion forum if only the warm and fuzzy are allowed to post?
If you are calling me a disruptor and naysayer because I question, right down to semantics. Well, what can I say? Semantics are very important when it comes to director speak etc.
Calling me a disruptor and naysayer and puppet because I question things like what proposed board members, spokes people or posters say whether they are official or unofficial is just plain stupid. And in my opinion reeks of desperation!
Sorry for being so blunt, but I could not think of nicer descriptive words.
If you want to talk about saving the company maybe Purpose, Catalogue and orican could start the ball rolling by discussing the dilution that will happen! How it will affect normal retail holders, how others will benefit massively from future share issues, their thoughts on etc. etc. Or how will this company re comply with listing rules in such a short time?
As for cleaning up the past....I admire you guys for the effort... Go for it! It’s much needed across a lot of listed companies.
