Orican, sure when a stat demand is put to a company the company has 21 days (I think) to:

Pay

Not pay

Challenge the stat demand and have it set aside in the courts

The person who put the stat demand in can rescind the stat demand and not proceed

As I don't know when you put the stat demands in I don't know when the 21 days had started and are up. So if they have not paid within 21 days and not asked for it to be set aside then it is reasonable to believe they have solvency issues and whoever put in the stat demand can have a claim against the company.
