No one group as you have mentioned will gain control of Pacific Dairies or any projects that MAY be considered by the democratic system of a vote of all shareholders.

The genuine shareholders of Pacific Dairies as can be seen by the fact of the requirement of a spill meeting have not been happy with the BOD for over 2 1/2 years. Shareholders have also not been happy with the advisors, capital procurers nor the Fiji or N.Z. projects.

The BOD and their associates do not own the company, the shareholders DO and they are entitled to cast their votes as they see fit. The shareholder group have kept shareholders informed and can back up all their statements in black and white and have done so when requested by those who are genuine. What have you and the current BOD presented to shareholders other than vitrole and promises that never come to fruition.

A BOD of a company have a corporate duty to act in the best interests for All shareholders and not for their and their associates gain.
