Hi amok, no I don't necessarily disagree with you but I guess the difference is what is a likely number, per acre, that someone would have to pay for management to sell it. As you also said - that number is likely a lot higher than $300-500/ acre. But yes as a project that is becoming very de-risked but is also in it's infancy then you may well be right that the "as at today value" could well be in that range. Personally the only way to value these things is when someone makes an offer and the either do or don't accept it. That is the only way we will ever know.
