I would be interested to know what has motivated Eyeon Investments to build a 5% stake in the last 6 months.

Clearly, the KN1 confirmation by KEY of what was already in the public domain has not deterred Copulos from exceeding the 5% holding level and having to deal with the disclosure issue.

He might possibly know Ken or Ted from his other business dealings?

Either that or he has incredible patience.

Hopefully, he might push for a seat on the board. I think it would help us all if some freash blood was added to stir things up a bit. Things are a bit insular as they stand.
