Just thinking further about our new substantial holder and how patient they would have to be to accumulate 6.5m shares from 18/09/2009 - 26/03/2010 at an average price of 11.3c

This is an interesting one.

Is it possible that the new substantial holder, Eyeon Investments have agreed to buy shares from beneficiaries of last years equity raising on market at around the same price. As we all know the raising was also done at 11c.

Not sure why they would have done it on market though, could they have done it off market as a transfer??

Remember, the new shares from the raising were able to be traded on market from around August 14, according to KEYs announcement on July 17. The buying from Eyeon started on September 18, so the timelines are spot on if this was the case.

Given the raising was also at 11c, it is pretty hard NOT to link the two events together IMO.
