Exactly, but you might need to make that 250mm at $4. As a renounceable rights issue I wouldn't mind. A 1 for 3 is not outrageous, and together with the cash we have (and are to receive from Shell) would enable up us to over 60% equity fund the project through to first shipment.
I'd prefer we didn't use too much debt, seeing the troubles it recently caused companies like PNA and OZL.
