    On cue paradigm, BOW "unanimously recommends that BOW shareholders vote in favour of the scheme"... at $1.52!

    Wow, cheap. You would've thought the board would have canvassed the market for other potential suitors, the fact that they have come back supportive of such a low-ball offer is disappointing.
