Not sure if it is meant to be public. It was a while ago (early this year). If there is to be a second offer, it does not follow that it will be from Xstrata, I am sure numerous majors are aware of SRK's iron. However It was made public that a major offered 650 million and there are not that many majors. . . .
Lets hope for a bit of respite on Thursday. But sadly I am not sure that we will get it. Its a frustrating market sometimes.
