I know from experience as others do also that ASIC have no interest in pursuing justice for any investors who have lost money in speculative companies.

I would like to know what they really think. I think their attitude is...... serve yourself right for putting money into these type of investments in the first place.

ASIC only interested in the big end of town. The fact that ASIC cannot or will not do anything about Director's misleading the market is carte blanche for Director's to say or do anything they want. Hold investment presentations when they know it's all going down the gurgler. About 2 months before the administration announcement was absolutely disgraceful.

Ian Kiddle to me just looks like a normal bloke. How niaive was I. I just couldn't do it. I suppose that's why I've got nothing and they got everything that was worth getting.

I truly feel ASIC protect the interests of Directors involved in the speculative end of the market in contrary to what their mandate is. We only have to look at the realities. What happens time and time again. Intermoco is only one example. Unless Director's can be pursued thru the criminal justice system ASIC will not help. ASIC only provide lip service and even that is of a poor standard.

The Prime Minister and the Treasurer want to save the country some money. A good start would be to close down ASIC. It's such a terrible waste.
