I don't understand the point you're making. I mean if we get an opportunity to sell it matters not if their ideas are similar or completely different. When INT shareholders sell they will take a huge loss in percentage terms or for larger shareholders in dollar terms. It's a tax loss to offset capital gains tax.

I think it's the final insult to shareholders. Destroy them and then start again.

It's akin to putting up the framework of a new house and just before you put the roof on you drop a bomb on the place just so you can start putting the frame up again.
