Personally, No I dont think so. I dont know enough about the processes at Osborne, so it has been an eye opener reading this thread. However the train that feeds Osborne runs 1 trip a day, 22 carriages full of 50 tonne each (from memory) of fist sized shiny stuff. I cant see this happening in 30 years time, would seem very antiquated.
We used to be able to drive up with our 6x4 and grab a selection of different sized rubble, but that stopped 5 or 6 years ago. I'm not sure why.
Adelaide Brighton Cement are there closest neighbor, not sure how cashed up Adel-Brighton are, nor there reliance on PSH's materials but they may be the mines saviour, not talking about being PSH's saviour, just the actual mine.
