Good post Cory, this does put a human face on a segment of their business.
While I am not critical of CCV it does show that people with problems can get caught up in one area of their business and you would have to wonder if CCV are actually helping them. I was impressed by the empathy of the CCV staff member.
It is tragic and sad, what is the alternative?
