Lucky Phil, Directors put in quiet a lot of money when the SP was much higher. Have you ever thought about the reason why Bayan quit this JV in panic overnight ? 4 weeks before the ramp up to nameplate capacity was scheduled ? Just at a time when it was most vulnerable to White ? Supposed that this technology does not work....Bayan could have wait for another 4 weeks to make White look very silly after the planned ramp up.In relation to the previous 4 years another 4 weeks did not matter. After that they would have had a proper leagl reason to exit the JV but instead they decided for a immediate collapse by ignoring JV agreements. The scope of this JV including offtake agrements was 300-500 Mio $ as far as I can remember and I guess that´s the figere they are going to sue from these indonesian gangsters.
