I agree with everything you mention. However, when it comes to a spec companies, fighting with a director is like beating your bus driver in the middle of the ride.

Regarding the business trip to UK: again, in spec companies it is normal that a director spend 50000$ to entertain himself. Why you think they have many spp-s?

I still belive-hope that something might happen that will take key sp to above 20 cents. I still think that key directors are less "abusive" than other spec companies and this is not a compliment.
