I agree this is a joke of an offer, however BCP will get to 75% - do you really want to be a part of that? What about when they change the constitution? I would love to be a part of BCP's plans for Nido however they do not want to share that with us. Do you really think they will start paying div's with small shareholders around? They will dilute you and push you out, they will bully you and force you to sell.
