Too right. Bonuses should be paid all round.
They have managed to buy assets, destroy them, and then sell them for a fraction of what WE paid in only a matter of a year or 2. They should be applauded for being able to do this so quickly and with such consistency.
They have gotten existing sales and reduced them, and meanwhile successfully reducing profit margin on those sales that remain. We should applaud their consistency in achieving this end.
They have not managed to pare back any costs, but rather have successful made a top heavy organisation even more top heavy, with the effect of increasing costs, on a declining revenue base. We should applaud their successful acquisition of chiefs, requiring increased costs which we cannot afford, while eliminating any independence. We should also applaud their ability to adopt Nero's "Rome Burning" model but maintaining the fire at just a sufficient level to ensure they can get their salaries continued to be paid. That is indeed masterful and worthy of applause.
They have successfully continued their run of making losses, exceeding that which they achieved in previous years, this time in only a half a year. For such profitability to be just so consistent is cause for applause.
All the while they have successfully gerrymandered their positions to ensure their salaries are paid, making statements like, "well if I wasn't paid, I wouldn't do it". I do wish they wouldn't do it. Their ability to gerrymander the voting and justify the "prism" approach of distorted viewing is a brilliant piece of double speak which should be applauded.
They have successfully avoided complying with both ASX listing rules and Corporate Governance guidelines, while also repeatedly breaching ASICs Corporations Act. Their ability to double up on the use of the prism is an incredible application of productivity and should be applauded.
They have successfully kept the company under capitalised and have not been able to raise enough funds to do anything other than to pay their own salaries. Their ability to keep the company going, extracting salaries, on barely any money, excluding that which has been extracted from shareholders (and the occasional grant - funded by shareholders) should be applauded.
I think all readers on HC would agree, "Bravo to the NuSep board!"
