Hi Lionel - I agree it was only a suggestion if SOL were really trying to pinch the company - The articles in the press appear to confirm they only want to get around the the 19.9% ASIC threshold to grab the IVA stake.
Having said that its not a good look when your major shareholder wont pay its royalty payments.
