    Hi guys,

    First of all the first bid is never the last in most situations.

    But if that does not eventuate there is only one option left for the company.

    That is protecting the company and its shareholders from such a ridiculous low offer by all means possible.

    Todays offer is a joke and SOL knows that also.

    IVA most be in a very desperate situation wanting to part with EXS at such a low price.
