Good Question. You are correct the high P/E value is of some concern but "The "P" in the P/E ratio is determined at any given point by the market value of the company or its shares. Built into this market price are the future expectations of the company's growth"(Durell 2006).Because the Share price reflects expectations of growth The high P/E Ratio should not be a problem in the short or medium term especially in the company's hotest season. I shall have to benchmark the P/E.
