No credibility. No serious activity on the market. Few, if any, buyers for the shares.
Even if the proposed capital raising goes ahead (and I suspect it won't in its current form), I doubt they'll get much by way of takers. Certainly, if I held shares, I wouldn't be throwing more money at it. The company needs to have a serious proposal for turning the situation around - they've lost too much money for too many years - before any sane investor would support a capital raising.
