LVLR,
You would be right if the milk wasn't continuing to be be spilt!
Salaries (we just voted to increase them) keep being paid and represent an increasing amount while sales remain below that level.
And what you call "bleating" (definition: Speak or complain in a weak, querulous, or foolish way), is asking substantive, fact-based questions established from releases made by the company to the market. If you or the board don't believe these questions have merit then they should simply be answered, as I have said all along. My only "complaint" has been no answers. And I believe that the non answer is what makes them all the more substantive and suspicious.
Guys like you, and a few others here, like to attack myself and a few other HC posters who dare to raise reasonable questions which deserve answers if not responses. Rather than that you choose to call us fools. Read my by-line.
Unfortunately, the carpet under which guys like you accept these matters being swept under, is getting pretty lumpy and I don't think there's much good news under there.
And I 100% agree, with you. If you'd bothered to read my posts you would know that I don't think WE (all shareholders) will get any answers....why would the board bother?
All pubic companies should be run with transparency, honesty and integrity...and the latest release, just 3 short weeks ago, justifies why they are not operating with integrity, by having their own prism through which to view their actions. This is directly at odds with the ASX and ASIC Governance rules. Perhaps this release was a response to the questions here?
In my opinion, any shareholder who doesn't ask questions of their board is a fool. And when there is so much which appeared indictable, even more so. One poster here even promised to ask the tough question at the AGM and within hours of the AGM, reneged on the promise. I don't see you making note of that, nor making note of the post which began this thread, which has not a shred of substance nor value to it, except that it fuels speculation. Perhaps you're just upset that the speculation being fuelled was not upwardly ramping? As I have said previously, I don't believe what is posted here matter an iota.
You may accept the actions of our board, but I suspect that these are what is holding us back (not the revelation or commentary here). "Onward and upward" won't happen while the carton keeps getting poured into their pockets and accusations of criminal behaviour are not dealt with and the behaviour continues. Our chairman, John Manusu, simply needs to do what he should have a long time ago, and answer the questions, starting with the auditors criminal accusations.
I will remain, as a sole force if necessary, here asking what should be asked of our board. Any sensible shareholder should be asking the questions too. The louder our voice, the more we'll be paid attention to (do you think I really believe that?).
Good luck to all!
