Good post NB.
I think we have to take RBs comments with the grain of salt deserved given how the board has discredited him and yet he seems in denial.
If you read my byline, then I guess RB has been fooled more than once by some pretty good conmen.
The facts are pretty clear in this case. The IP appears fantastic, but the guys who are entrusted with it are not. Their actions might appear self serving, certainly in light of the most recent charter and their "prism" view of justification for not adhereing to good governance.
RB's denial of the NuSep holocaust, which is in plain sight and documented by the company themselves only serves to degrade my view of his commentary. I am sure many readers here will accept the documented facts as such. RB seems like a reasonable guy, at times, but his denial of these facts perplexes me and might suggest he is not a rational person. Is the reason Dr Nair, who reportedly said at the AGM that RB should be "taken to task" for his comments on HC, has taken no action against RB is because he sees that RBs comments are so ludicrous at times that they have no credibility.
NB, you obviously know a little more about RB than just the NSP HC forum. I don't, but his credibility in my eyes is something less than zero. If the board is using him as a puppet, then their toy is not helping them or the company. Their time would be better spent dealing with the actual issues and explaining the falseness of the allegations, if in fact they are.
Having an irrationl goose claim on HC that all is well and that the allegations are false, without supporting evidence, makes our board look guily as sin. Does it appear that, on the surface of it, RB's claim that he bought shares at the low levels, because some on the board told him things which were not available to us all that he's been an inside trader, which is criminal? I am not saying he did do anything criminal, but his claims could appear tio be such. Do his subsequent comments, some which have been moderated as ramping, suggest that he has been ramping the price for his own benefit? As RB said in a recent post, "Perceptin is reality".
It is clear that, while some members of the NuSep board read HC (Hi, Dr Nair), they have no intention of answering the allegations of the auditors of CRIMINAL ACTIONS by our board.
For thos of us who bout at 10c or $1.00 or more, we'll never see value until we have the honest & integrity that it appears these guys are not capable of.
I'll keep up my posts until there is change.
