Unfortunately, RB's coments often appear obscure, if not litigeous.

I think it is clear, given NuSep has taken legal action against a few over the last couple of years (and rarely benefiting anyone except the lawyers), there isn't any substance to "the auditors have done us wrong" arguement, nor the "auditors are criminally incompetent" arguement.

There clearly is a case to answer by the company and I just wonder why they have not? Not answering the case suggests guilt or creates the perception of guilt (thanks RB for pointing out that perception is reality). RB's responses and blinded support seem only to reinforce the nefarious nature of the board's actions.

Clearly, the actions (or inaction in countering the auditors accusations) of the board have attracted ASIC's attention and scared away any possibility of the serious investment that is so critically needed by NuSep. It would appear that the only investment of ACTUAL MONEY has come from the factually challenged. And that scares me even more.
