What are the misrepresentations you claim exist? If they are misrepresentations, why hasn't our company vigorously challenged them as bullspit? BTW, the CEO did challenge your assertions here and said you were full of it and should be "brought to task". Are you just a ramper of NuSep? Don't many of your post suggest that you are simply that?

You assert that the company is clean. On what do you base this statement? Would it be the actual failures under the Corporations Act that the company has admitted to in its very short life under the leadership of John Manusu? ASIC has reserved the right to come after us at a later date. Hardly clean.

I fear that the possibility of your misrepresentations are aligned with the statements of the company....who have failed to deliver against the promises made to shareholders.

If, as you claim, the old auditors "wrongfully deflect the attention onto our leadership team", then shouldn't they vigorously seek legal recourse? And wouldn't that help our cause? Why don't they? Are they not able to as there is a substantive case to answer in this regard? From where I sit "creating a false market" is a pretty serious accusation, for which there hasn't been a solitary word in defiance by the board. Doesn't that suggest their guilt in this regard? An innocent man of integrity, would stand up and plead their case. NuSep board....not a word. The court of public opinion (RB, your perception) has pronounced them by trouncing our share price....and it goes on and on...

I am neither a buy nor a seller. Proclaimed as such. RB, what's your story? You seem to talk it up (OK, so RAMP it up mainly without any substantiative fact) but don't seem to buy any. What is with that mate? Can't you find more small investors to believe the incredibly good story? Why not?

RB, your commentary and lack of substantiation only makes them look more guilty. You may have been better off just standing aside before the AGM, as you did, and letting them stew in their own juice. Since that time, in my opinion, you've added nothing substantive or fact based. You have been a great messenger for those who support that our company is in deep, deep trouble. For that I thank you. Dr Nair obviously wants you to shut up. I suspect, at some point, he'll have you silenced, as someone did right before the AGM. When you didn't, he called you a fool. More and more, your comments make it clear about the type of investor you are. I don't believe it helps the company. On this point, I am with the Doctor.
