RB,
When apparent nefarious activity has occurred in any organisation and goes unanswered by the board, it is prudent for shareholders who want the truth for themselves and existing shareholders (and more importantly - potential shareholders) to persist and insist for responses from the board and to create awareness of issues until such time as they 'come clean' or respond accordingly!
