RB,
Are you asking a question for which you expect an answer?
Don't be silly. NuSep board/management NEVER address any questions with substantive answers, even if the accusations are of criminal wrong doing. Or are you asking posters here who have limited information to be able to substantiate anything?
For the record, I don't believe any poster on HC has said that NuSep has engaged in "substantiated" criminal activity. "Alleged" maybe, which is a fact. I may be wrong. I just do not have enough information, like the auditor had, to say "substantiated". Your hotline to the company would be able to substantiate a lot, but you seem to lack credibility at this stage. You could do well by providing a little fact rather than the vague "something will happen soon" type posts, which no one seems to care about except the moderators at HC.
You are right in that the perception is that our board/management has engaged in criminal behaviour and by not answering the accusations of the auditors it appears to be substantiated. And in this case, the perception drives the reality that no one will invest and our share price languishes, much to my dismay.
If you are unsure as to what the accusations by the auditor were (and while unanswered, we have to assume they are true) are available at http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20120522/pdf/426dst4bffr0js.pdf on pages 8 and 9.
They are pretty serious.
I'd love to see the company come out with a statement like "Regarding the matter of the accusations made by our previous auditor, we have been in discussions with ASIC who have found that the accusations hold no water because of BLAH BLAH BLAH".
While the company doesn't simply answer the accusations, they will weigh on us all and people will assume the reason that the company doesn't come out of the closet is because they are hiding something....and something VERY serious, proportionate to the allegations. So why don't they just explain it?
By not answering the allegations people will believe they have and possibly are continuing to engage in "substantiated criminal activity" as you put it.
