It'll be interesting to see exactly what 'pivot' means and how much leeway they have with the OSU trial.  If Her-vaxx is the lead product and B-vaxx data is there for POC, then they could be willing to monkey around with the trial quite a bit.  For example, now that safety is confirmed, could they add her-vaxx into the mix and get data on HER-2 cancers other than gastric?  Also, this trial require patients to be at least 4 weeks beyond chemo treatment so it's an assessment of what the vaccine can accomplish by itself - if I'm reading it correctly.  If Her-vaxx finds its way in there, this could be interesting.

For a complete wildcard, Key-vaxx is a dose escalation study.  Once the first 3 are through safely with no toxicity(assumed), the low dosage gets the safety tick and might be available to drop into the OSU trial - definitely stretching the pivot idea here and also hoping that the safety sign-off is iterative and not done all in one hit at the end of the trial. 

Wild conjecture, I know.  Hoping for interesting developments.
