    "Blazing glory
Melbourne investor and recently retired Circadian Technologies managing director, Leon Serry, puts his fondness for the tiny sector into action, as was reflected in his recent move onto the share register of Blaze International.

Serry's Traders Macquarie has put its hand up as the owner of 6.42% of the Perth-based Blaze, which had a last sale price of 1.2¢ a share, giving it the not so grand market capitalisation of $4.38 million.

Its Yeelirrie uranium project, has just got a whole lot more interesting thanks to the defeat of the anti-uranium mining Labor government in Western Australia. The project surrounds the real Yeelirrie, BHP Billiton's 50,000-tonne uranium deposit that has been in a deep sleep since the early 1980s, waiting for politics to swing its way."

BHP will now be dusting off development plans for the deposit, which has an in-situ value of more than $8 billion. Blaze's project consists of a tenement package that all but surrounds BHP's deposit. Some preliminary work has given Blaze good reason for encouragement."

From memory it was paraphrasing some comments by Barry Fitzgerald
