yes rail will more then likely built, but hunnu's mine will need to be run by trucking to the rail or have separate adjoining rail , adjoining rail will cost $ and trucking will cost 20+mill for each truck..another article is posted here that explains it isn't all smooth sailing though in Mongolia.. there will be a cap raising soon, and not sure how much capital will be raised, id say they get a sales agreement and the % of mine owned will be reduced further to help with cost association.
