So the sale has gone through and the sp fared pretty well today considering it was a 1% down day.. ..would have expected more upside if this was a green day.. ..wondering how much more upside the sale of Theiss could provide the sp?? Anyone have any thoughts on the actual value of Thiess v the amount it was sold for??
